Fundacja Moje Podl@sie initially chose CarrotStudio to develop its website. Later, the foundation came back to us with a new need: to build an AI automation system capable of simplifying the creation and publishing of content on social media.
This new engagement was an important confirmation, not only of the quality of the work done, but also of the trust built throughout the entire journey.
The second project is the real test
In the first engagement, what counts is the quality of the proposal, the ability to understand the client’s needs and the initial trust.
A second collaboration tells you something more.
It means the previous work met expectations, that communication was effective and that the client considers the technical partner reliable enough to take on new needs as well.
This takes on particular value when working with a foundation, where resources, priorities and responsibilities must be managed carefully. Continuing with the same partner therefore becomes a choice based on the concrete experience built up together.
For us, continuity comes from a way of working founded on transparency, availability and attention to the organisation’s real objectives.
A partner starts from context. A supplier starts from scratch.
When Fundacja Moje Podl@sie entrusted us with developing the AI automation system, we did not have to rebuild the entire context from scratch.
We already knew the foundation’s identity, its mission, the audience it addresses and the way it wants to communicate. We had already worked on its digital presence and understood the importance of maintaining communication that is consistent, accessible and recognisable.
This knowledge made the new project quicker to set up and simpler to align with the organisation’s objectives.
There was no need to redefine every choice or explain the basic requirements all over again. The system emerged as a natural evolution of the previous work.
It is one of the main advantages of an ongoing collaboration: every project can start from knowledge already gained, rather than from a blank page.
From website to AI automation
The first project aimed to strengthen the foundation's online presence through a website consistent with its identity and its activities. The following collaboration addressed a different need: making the production and distribution of digital content more efficient.
The foundation thus moved from an entirely manual process to around 15 pieces of content per month, prepared and published through an automated system across four channels.
Architecture, content generation, rendering and publishing are covered in depth in the case study and the technical article. On this page we focus instead on the continuity of the collaboration and the reasons that led to developing the second project, too, with the same technical partner.
Technical continuity across projects
Working with a technical partner that already knows the organisation reduces part of the work needed to start each new project.
Less time spent on realignment
The knowledge already gained about identity, mission, priorities and ways of working reduces the information to reconstruct with each new engagement. The project can start from decisions and context that are already shared.
Greater consistency across tools
Website, automation and other digital systems can be designed taking into account the choices already made. This makes it easier to keep interfaces, processes, language and management approaches consistent.
Continuity in technical decisions
A partner familiar with the choices made in previous projects already has part of the context needed to assess new requirements. This reduces the risk of losing information or introducing decisions incompatible with what has already been built.
Easier maintenance and extension
An organisation's needs can change over time, with new projects, channels, requirements or funding opportunities. Designing with this evolution in mind makes later changes and extensions easier, without having to rethink the entire system each time.
Operational continuity in the non-profit sector
For organisations without an internal IT department, documentation, maintainability and availability after delivery carry particular weight. The value of continuity therefore concerns not only the relationship with the supplier, but also the ability to maintain and update the tools built over time without creating operational dependencies that are hard to manage.
We don’t just develop projects. We build solutions that can grow.
The collaboration with Fundacja Moje Podl@sie shows how a first project can become the basis for taking on new and more complex needs.
First the website. Then the AI automation.
Two different solutions, built from the same understanding of the organisation, its identity and its objectives.
As an independent software engineering studio, our goal is not only to deliver what is requested today. We want to build solutions that are robust, understandable and scalable, able to support companies, foundations and organisations over time.
It is the same logic that Martin Fowler sums up in the phrase products over projects: the best software is not a project that closes on delivery day, but a product that a team keeps following, observing and evolving over time.
Because a valuable digital project must not only start well.
It must keep working, adapting and producing results.
