Moje Podl@sie Foundation
A website and an AI automation system for a foundation committed to closing the digital divide.

A local foundation with an ambitious mission
Fundacja Moje Podl@sie is a Polish foundation active since 2013 in the Podlasie region. Its mission is to close the digital divide, bringing technological skills and knowledge of artificial intelligence to children, older people, micro-entrepreneurs and people at risk of being left out of the digital transformation.
Through free courses, educational projects and inclusion initiatives, the foundation works across five main areas: digital education, new technologies, social inclusion, entrepreneurship and cybersecurity.
Conveying online the same authority shown on the ground
After more than twelve years of activity, the foundation needed a digital presence that could better represent its experience, vision and impact.
The new website had to strengthen its credibility in the eyes of beneficiaries, institutional partners and funding bodies, clearly presenting both its mission and the projects it had delivered.
In short: an organisation committed to digital inclusion needed an online presence consistent with the values it promotes.
A bespoke, bilingual and accessible website
We designed and built a bilingual website in Polish and English, tailored to reflect the foundation’s modern, authoritative and inclusive identity.
The project combines a clean design, subtle animations and an easily navigable structure, with particular attention to accessibility and data protection. Because an organisation that promotes digital inclusion should offer an experience usable by as many people as possible.

A software system that automates the entire editorial process with AI
We built an AI automation system that autonomously manages the entire editorial process on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. It picks the topic from an editorial archive, generates the content, decides whether to publish a single post or a carousel depending on complexity, writes captions and hashtags, and publishes.
The graphics are generated by a dedicated endpoint on Vercel, with templates tailored to the foundation’s identity; for YouTube the carousels become square videos (1080×1080) with audio. All of it designed to minimise recurring generation costs and stay easily scalable.
An example of how AI can run a real editorial workflow from idea to publication, rather than just generating text.

A digital presence worthy of the work in the field
By the end of the project, the foundation has an online presence consistent with its experience: a bilingual, institutional website designed with attention to accessibility that clearly tells its mission and projects to beneficiaries, partners and funding bodies.
On top of this comes an automation system that lets it communicate consistently across the foundation’s main channels, without adding to the team’s workload. A foundation that is more visible, more authoritative and better able to tell its own story.
“They do not simply create websites, they create meaningful digital environments that strengthen organizational identity, improve communication, and help institutions achieve greater social impact.”
